QR-UOV

The University of Tokyo, Kyushu University, University of Nagasaki and NTT developed a new Unbalanced Oil and Vinegar signature (UOV) called QR-UOV.
We submitted this signature scheme to Additional Digital Signature Schemes for the Post-Quantum Cryptography Standardization Process of NIST.
